Frequently Asked Questions
SELECTING A SIZE: HOW DO I ESTIMATE THE SIZE OF MY PROJECT?
Our most popular containers have 12, 15, 20, or 30 yards of fill volume. For additional container options please reach out to our support team at (860) 583-7577 M-F 7am-5pm, Saturday 8am-12pm.
12 Yard – Ideal for small clean up projects around the home and small renovation jobs such as overhauling a bathroom or closet. Great for tight spaces.
15 Yard – Ideal for jobs that might overfill the 12, but not necessarily enough to warrant ordering a 20 yard container. Great for tight spaces.
20 Yard – Ideal for most clean up projects around the home up to a 1 car garage and construction jobs such as a kitchen. Low sides make this easy to fill.
30 Yard – Ideal for large clean up projects up to a 2 car garage and construction jobs like small additions/roofing/decks and sheds. Leave room to open the door for filling this container.

DELIVERY & REMOVAL GUIDELINES
HERE ARE SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND FOR DELIVERY DAY.
Please provide any necessary access codes or key locations in the driver’s notes area on your scheduling form.
While it’s not necessary to be onsite for delivery or removal of your container, we ask that you please be as specific as possible using driver’s notes regarding special requests or helpful information to ensure your satisfaction.
Please provide ample unobstructed access to the dropzone/container on scheduled delivery/pickup day; if your container is inaccessible, you will be subject to an additional pickup charge, per incident.
